Conflict is the interaction of interdependent people who perceive incompatible goals and interference from each other in achieving those goals. Conflic that are often happened within an organization have both positive and negative impacts for effectiveness of organization performance. Because of that reason conflict that emerged need to be manage effectively by managers. One of effective management process is through using methodology that consist of: observe the symptoms and difficulties, diagnose causes of dispute, prescribe general approaches and strategies, and take action.
